Material Inspection & Verification
Ensuring the right materials are used in every project is critical to structural integrity and long-term performance. Our material inspection and verification process is thorough, traceable, and fully documented.
We maintain strict material control procedures from procurement to installation. All materials used on our project sites are verified against approved material requisitions, client specifications, and international material standards including ASTM, ASME, and IS codes.
Our QC team performs material receiving inspections, verifies mill test certificates (MTCs), checks heat and lot numbers for full traceability, and ensures that only approved and certified materials are used in fabrication and construction activities.

Document Verification
Review of Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), material test reports, and compliance certificates before material acceptance.
Physical Inspection
Dimensional checks, visual inspection, and surface condition verification of all incoming materials at site.
Chemical & Mechanical Testing
Coordination of third-party chemical composition and mechanical property testing for critical materials.

Our HSE management system is built on rigorous risk assessment, proactive hazard identification, and strict implementation of safety procedures. All site personnel are trained in HSE protocols, and regular safety audits and toolbox talks are conducted to maintain awareness and vigilance.
We comply with international HSE standards and client-specific safety requirements on all our project sites across India, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. Our goal is zero LTI (Lost Time Injuries), zero environmental incidents, and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
