Process Piping Installation
We execute complete process piping installation for refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, and industrial facilities. Every spool is fabricated and erected as per approved isometric drawings with full weld qualification, NDE testing, and dimensional inspection at each stage. Our teams ensure zero-defect execution from the first fit-up to the final tie-in.
Utility Piping Systems
We design, fabricate, and install complete utility piping networks including water supply, steam and condensate lines, compressed air, instrument air, fuel oil, fire water, and cooling water systems. All utility piping is installed with proper supports, insulation, and identification — tested and commissioned for safe long-term operation.
Carbon Steel (CS), Stainless Steel (SS), HDPE & GI Piping
Our teams are proficient across all major piping materials. Carbon Steel piping is fabricated for high-pressure and high-temperature process lines. Stainless Steel piping is used for corrosion-resistant applications in chemical and food industries. HDPE and GI piping is installed for water distribution, drainage, and utility services — each material handled with the appropriate welding, jointing, and testing methodology.
Pipe Fabrication & Erection
We carry out both shop and field fabrication of pipe spools using only certified welders with valid WPS and PQR qualifications as per ASME and AWS standards. After fabrication, systematic site erection is performed with precise alignment, pipe support installation, and continuous inspection — ensuring dimensional accuracy and structural integrity of every completed line.
Hydro Testing, Flushing & Commissioning
Before any piping system is handed over, it undergoes complete hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing, system flushing, and commissioning as per ASME B31.3 and client specifications. Our QC team prepares full test packages including pressure-time charts, test certificates, punch list clearance, and handover documentation for a smooth and fully documented system takeover.
Industrial Pipeline Construction
We execute end-to-end industrial pipeline construction for plant interconnections, cross-plant utility networks, and underground pipelines within industrial complexes. Works include route survey, material management, trenching, pipe laying, tie-in connections, cathodic protection, and pre-commissioning — all delivered on schedule with full HSE and quality compliance.

Fabrication & Welding
Shop and field fabrication of pipe spools by certified welders. Weld visual inspection and NDE testing performed at every stage as per the approved ITP.
Erection & Alignment
Systematic pipe erection, alignment, and support installation as per approved drawings. Dimensional inspection and progressive quality checks throughout erection.
Testing & Commissioning
Hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing, system flushing, and final commissioning with complete test documentation and client sign-off.
Handover & Documentation
As-built drawing preparation, final punch list clearance, and complete project documentation package handed over to the client for record.
