TIG, MIG & ARC Welding
We provide all major welding process services — TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), and ARC (SMAW) welding — for a wide range of industrial applications including process piping, structural steel, pressure vessels, and equipment fabrication.
All welding is performed by certified welders following qualified weld procedure specifications (WPS) with supporting procedure qualification records (PQR) — ensuring every weld meets the mechanical and metallurgical requirements of the applicable code.
Pipe Welding & Fabrication
Pipe welding is one of our core competencies. Our pipe welders are qualified to weld all pipe sizes and schedules across carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and duplex stainless steel materials — in all welding positions as per ASME Section IX.
We carry out both shop pipe spool fabrication and field pipe welding — with joint fit-up inspection, weld visual inspection, and NDE testing at every stage to ensure every joint is code-compliant and leak-free before system testing.
Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel Welding
We are experienced in welding both Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel materials across a wide range of applications — from process piping and structural steel to pressure vessels and equipment fabrication.
Carbon steel welding is carried out with proper preheat and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) where required. Stainless steel welding is performed with strict inter-pass temperature controls and purging to prevent sensitization and maintain corrosion resistance.
Spool Fabrication
We operate a fully equipped pipe spool fabrication workshop capable of handling high volumes of pipe spool production for industrial projects of all scales. Our workshop is equipped with modern cutting, beveling, fit-up, and welding stations — enabling efficient and high-quality spool production.
All spools are fabricated as per approved isometric drawings with dimensional inspection, weld inspection, and NDE testing carried out before dispatch to site — ensuring spools arrive at site ready for direct erection without rework.
Site Fabrication & Erection
Not all fabrication can be carried out in the workshop. Our site fabrication teams are equipped to handle all field welding and fabrication requirements — from large bore pipe tie-ins and structural connections to equipment modifications and on-site repairs.
Our site teams work seamlessly within the client's live plant environment — following strict permit-to-work procedures, hot work permit requirements, and HSE protocols to ensure safe and efficient site fabrication and erection works.

Joint fit-up inspection for gap, alignment, bevel angle, and cleanliness before welding commences on every joint.
Welding Execution
Welding by certified welders following approved WPS with inter-pass temperature monitoring and visual inspection at each pass.
NDE Testing
Post-weld NDE testing — RT, UT, MPT, or PT — as specified in the ITP, with any rejections repaired and re-tested.
Documentation & Traceability
Complete weld records, NDE reports, welder qualification records, and material traceability documents compiled and handed over.
