Fire Hydrant Systems

Review of fire protection drawings, utility system P&IDs, and specifications before material procurement and installation begins.
Material Procurement & Inspection
Procurement of certified pipes, fittings, valves, and equipment with material certificates. Incoming inspection and identification before use.
Fabrication & Installation
Fabrication of pipe spools and systematic installation of all fire fighting and utility system components as per approved drawings.
Pressure Testing
Hydrostatic pressure testing of all completed systems at the specified test pressure with client and third-party witness as required.
Flushing & Commissioning
System flushing, flow testing, functional testing of all valves and equipment, and final commissioning verification before handover.
Certification & Handover
Preparation of as-built drawings, test certificates, commissioning records, and system handover documentation for client acceptance.
